6 Music Online

Don't know if I missed this feature before, but it now looks like as well as adding to Playlister online, that you can also play and rewind "live" radio.

Need to pick Gene up from school? No problem, I simply pause RadMac, then come back and do TTTT, rather than listen to Lamacq. Win-win-win.

Artists that are routinely given too much reverence on 6 music

So, not talking about old artists whose new music is now given too much airplay regardless of quality. Simply old artists who probably shouldn't be played as much now. Like:

  • Soul II Soul
  • Neneh Cherry
  • Malcom McClaren

Hello Numan

And now I'm miming bass round my office...

China Crisis - King In A Catholic Style (Wake Up)

I see your Partridge inspired IJ and raise it with this (it features for about 5 seconds in one episode). The intro drills its way into your head and won't let go.

Indigo Juliet

I watched the Partridge film, and the constant earworm since then is obviously:

No Parlez

This fella sounds like Paul Young. Him and Marling should get an 80s tribute act going:

Gengahr - Heroine

Radcliffe compared the gee-tars to Bends-era Radiohead, but to me it's "Feel the Pain".
